Hypnotherapy with Katy
Some people come to me wanting to ‘be fixed’, but it is important to know that there is no magic wand. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to empower you to make positive changes within yourself by getting your subconscious on board with the conscious changes you have chosen to make. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. It can work like magic, I will give you my all in our sessions, but it will only work well when you are in the place of being absolutely ready for change & willing & able to put the work in to help yourself.
- For example, you will have a 20 minute audio to listen to every day for the duration of our work together
- It is your responsibility to carve out those 20 minutes every day as well as to to show up fully present to each of your sessions, That is all.
- Sounds simple? Because it is simple, but when you have resistance to change those 2 tasks can seem too much
- I only work with people who are ready to put the work in. When we work together we agree to work as a team.
- I promise to give you my all, to be fully present during our sessions & to create the most appropriate powerful audios for you to listen to in between
- Your responsibility is to show up fully for your sessions & to carve out 20 minutes each day to listen to your audio
- If you choose to have coaching as well as hypnotherapy, there may be other tasks for you to complete in between sessions too, these will be agreed upon during the session & I will be here to support you where necessary, but ultimately my work is to empower you with the skills to take charge of your own life & emotions so you are free to live your life on your terms for the rest of your life.
